Production & Shipping Time

  • Creation Time: Typically 1-2 weeks.

Packaging

  • Rolled paintings are securely packed in a durable paper tube.
  • Framed paintings are carefully packed in a high-quality wooden box.

Can I Modify My Order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be updated. If you need to make changes before shipping, please contact us at herrypiente@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please email herrypiente@gmail.com or log into your account to request a cancellation.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • If you’re not satisfied with your artwork, you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

  • Once we receive the returned item, we process refunds within 3 business days.
  • PayPal refunds: Up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Credit card refunds: Typically take 7-14 business days to process.

What If My Artwork Arrives Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact herrypiente@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. We will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.
